Located in the northwest part of the district beginning at the point where US 271 intersects the Upshur - Camp County line; thence south along 271 to its intersection with SH 155; thence southwesterly along SH 155 to its intersection with the Sabine River the same being Upshur-Smith County line. 

Located in the northeast part of the district beginning at the point where US 271 intersects the Upshur- Camp County line; thence east along the Upshur - Camp County line to its intersection with the Morris-Camp County line; thence east along Upshur - Camp County line to its intersection with Morris County Line; thence southerly along the Upshur -Morris County line to its intersection with the Marion County line; thence southerly along the Upshur - Marion County line to its intersection with the Harrison County line. 

This area comprises the northeast part of Gregg County beginning at a point that is the northeast corner of Gregg County, thence south along the Gregg - Harrison County line to its intersection with the Missouri-Pacific Railroad; thence westerly along the Missouri Pacific Railroad to its intersection with the Greg-Upshur County Line; thence northeasterly along the Gregg-Upshur County line to the northeast corner of Gregg County which is the point of beginning. 

This area comprises the southeast part of the district beginning at the point where Gregg-Harrison County line intersects the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence south and east along the Gregg-Harrison County line to its intersection with the Rusk County line; thence south and west along the Gregg-Rusk County line to its intersection with the Smith County line; thence north along the Gregg-Smith County line to its intersection with the Upshur County line. 

This area comprises the south-central part of Upshur County beginning at the point south of Gilmer where US 271 intersects SH 300, thence southeasterly along SH 300 to its intersection with FM 3358; thence southeasterly along FM 3358 to its intersection with FM 726; thence northeasterly and north along FM 726 to its intersection with FM 1650; thence southeasterly along FM 1650 to its intersection with the Upshur - Gregg County line; thence southeasterly along the Upshur-Gregg County line to its intersection with the Smith County line; thence westerly along the meandering of the Sabine River, the same being the Upshur - Smith County line to its intersection with SH 155; thence northeasterly along SH 155 to its intersection with US 271.
